What happens when nobody looks after your site
Outdated plugins get exploited
Outdated plugins are one of the most common ways WordPress sites get hacked — usually by automated bots, not targeted attacks.
Slow pages lose customers
Every extra second of load time sends visitors back to Google and toward a competitor.
Updates break things quietly
A theme or plugin update breaks a form or checkout, and nobody notices until sales stop.
No developer when you need one
The person who built the site has moved on, and every small change becomes a hunt for someone new.

Pick the level of support your site needs. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can move up or down a tier anytime.

Care plan FAQs
What counts as an included "hour"?
Included hours cover edits, fixes, and small features. Anything larger is quoted separately and approved by you before any work starts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — plans are month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Prepay annually and you get 2 months free.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting isn't included, but I manage and monitor your existing hosting, and can recommend or migrate you to better hosting if needed.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts me automatically, and urgent issues get priority response based on your plan tier.
Which platforms do you support?
WordPress / WooCommerce and custom React / Next.js sites.
Do unused hours roll over?
Included hours are reserved capacity for that month, so they don't roll over. If you regularly need more, moving up a tier is usually cheaper than paying for extra hours.
Can I start with a smaller plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at the start of any month — just tell me and the new plan applies from the next billing cycle.
My site was built by someone else. Can you still take it on?
Yes — most care clients come with a site built by another developer or agency. I start with a review of the site so I know what I'm maintaining before the plan begins.
